Not really but it kinda depends on the size - it's easier to get done then the broken font types and not more detailed then a lot of other logos.
For embrodering you should of cause use the 2-color version as shown, which is normal for business these days, a more detailed and gradient filled logo for use on web, print and so on, and a more simple version, mostly a 1- or 2-color version of the logo for embrodering, offset print etc.
