if doing by hand id recommend
claying first and can use water as lube,poorboys ssr2,which can be applied by hand then some poorboys blackhole glaze over it to hide the swirls and finish with a wax like dodo supernatural,job jobbed

id also recommend a qd,something like red mist to keep it topped up every week or 2 http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/index....&productId=540



remember use some microfibre cloths,this combo should leave a nice deep wet look finish and will take a few hours to do.its about the best you can do hand polishing and will only cost £60-£70
