Yo Tiff.... how easy is it to relocate a hot water tank?

Ive got one in an airing cupboard in the bathroom, but want to move it to a cupboard outside of ther bathroom, (but backs on to the bathroom, if you get what I mean)

As I want to make more space before I gutt the room and get a wet room fitted!
