My next door nieghbor has a 5door with 45k on it but its been sat since aug 04 as he is in the forces and gone away and she wants to sell it, i started it for her and sounds fine probably just needs a service, but theres no tax or mot.....

so what should i offer her???? any feedback would be appreciated
