Sorry to hear mate, lost one a couple of years ago to a car. Got two new little fellas now and there house cats. Couldn't bear to lose another. I'm on making a screen for the back door for them so they can get some fresh air. They have a very very good life and get the best of everything.

I let them out in the garden but only supervised and they seem as happy as any cat could be

Its also kitten season as the missus keeps reminding me... Maybe a bit early for you yet though
