Look closely. There should be the letters "W", "C" and "R".
The "R" is for return and if that is not connected, it doesn't matter, not a problem.
Big hoses from turbo to intercooler and then to the inlet manifold are not split and are attached properly?

If you detach and attach the electrical wires, does it make a clicking sound?
