Im still thinking porsche may be the better long term option...

Done a bit of research on the G50 unit. Available in RWD and 4wd and being from a 911 with a rear mounted engine i do wonder if it can me made to work. They are used on ultimas and turned upside down to run on rear of engine.

Would need to find a diagram of how the 4wd works to see if thats viable. maybe, maybe not!!
