If so,,,,,then how the fook are you gonna do street racing down this road???

I heard because of the all the street racing down there last year,,,,they've now put speed bumps all the was down it So if this is true and your racing down it,,,,could end up a lil bit expensive for a few people,,,,,,especially the ones with bad boy bumpers
Oh and those under car neons may get damaged too
