have you considered the Zero shift option ? May not be cheap though, but will adapt readily to a 2wd engine/diff cos they have a T5 conversion.

I seem to remember it could be controlled in number of different ways, incld. paddle shift, etc...

Could be something they would be interested in from a PR point of view ?
