Well, I have already the head gasket set from England, head bolts and valve accesories...



The cylinder head is rectified and mounted. Planned and grinding valves...









I bought some sandpaper, was needed.



Uff...





Diesel fuel for cleaning.







Air pressure...



And absorbent paper...







Ready to assemble...







I tested the head gasket to ensure itīs correct.



Itīs correct, yes...



Make sure the bolts are suitable...





With the caliber and metric gauges, I take messures.







Prepare the sweep for the engine block...









I list the bolts that the press is faster.



I use a pair of edding to help me put the cylinder head in correct position.





I put the washer and the bolts...



Torques for cylinder head: (daNm)

1 Step: 2.5
2 Step: 5.5
3 Step: +90š
4 Step: +90š
