ebay will always bend towards the seller-f-ing sad really,
they fucked up when they stopped sellers leaving neg feedback!!
eg- buyer can do anything and there is no record of it for the next seller!!,
so he could have 50 neg feedbacks(if e bay allowed them) for one thing or another and nobody would know!!!- thing to do is-
if a buyers says he hasnt recieved an item and you suspect he has!1
send a registered( signed_for envelope with nothing in it!!!- paypal will not refund him and e bay wont follow his claim-they will both throw them out,
