Property in the Eastern Block is a deffo raiser.
I have just recently bought a place in Varna Bulgaria and i am £10k up in a matter of months. Seen places over there quadruple and youve also got the bonus of the Euro to arrive there.

The arse has dropped in Tenerife IMO, £60k for a 1 bed aparment in Los Gigs is abit pricey in my eyes.

Land over here would be hard to buy cheaply as every fooker knows the value of it.
