The phrase "gunship" is just the slang term I use to describe the conversions I do with a unique boost response. (In the sense that these conversions are about making the car very fast point to point and very responsive) Most people will tend to run a relatively flat boost curve through a traditional map, but for the Gunship maps I produce a very high mid range boost and then tail the boost back to a reliable limit for the turbo. This conversion is also mapped to give rapid spool from the turbo to increase the response. I offer it in stage 1 format which is usually a peak of 22psi tailing to 16psi on a totally std engine, or a stage 3 format (i.e. 803's and 3 bar) which is a 30psi peak tailing to 20psi.
