Barclays put me 14k overdrawn over the course of a few weeks, l had not touched my card for 3 months, they told me l had to accept l had a spending problem, then they blaimed Barclay Card and Barclay Card said it was nothing to do with them, finally 3 weeks after finding out l had the money credited to my account without any form of apologuie, i would never touch them again

I also dislike HSBC

Presently l am with Lloyds TSB as a joint account offshore but will probably swith to a private bank that is smaller and more customer orientated
