I've heard a lot about the Puma engine but they're getting a bit sort after, and prices are a lot more than Zetec's or CVH's.
Also, how would i tell whether its an EFi or MFi?

I'm wanting a good 200-250bhp, so would the CVH be a better option, or the Zetec?
