No no no mate, you dont understand, we havent got on with him for years, we have constant issues with him and his big Pinocchio nose.
he did it because hes got nothing better to do than annoy and medal with other people.
Can you clarify how it's actually on your property, have you checked the deeds? I imagine in would be covered under some sort of vandalism/criminal damage, but you need to be able to prove he did it.
His property is on this concrete ground raised one inch from our driveway, the fence is on our driveway, not on his raised concrete path. But i would have to double check first that its definitely ours, but im pretty sure it is.
And any case why remove the support bracket anyway?
and also forgot to mention he chucked the metal bracket on my driveway...................... i really could knock him out but i will not do him the honour of seeing me being taken away in a cop car etc.
