This is the before and after with the new intercooler and the fan used
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eCZDodUAn8Y
We did back to back road and dyno testing air temp with this fan we normaly see a 3c diff in intercooler temp to the road no matter the hp this fan is awsome.
The test on both were carried out using the same road speed and gears and tested several times to get a consitant bench mark up to 125mph so the figs given are correct with the test on the stock one increasing still at the finish point so I would expect still a big increase in temp over what we saw,
The Spec R on had stopped increasing temp from about 100mph and on the last run which we added 20mph on top of the test there was no increase in temp, all test were done on a closed test track

,
The increases will get bigger as we were only throwing stock boost at it,
The testing I have also done on the Cossies have been awsome on Ades GT35 running 2.6bar boost we saw only 10c increase in temp upto 175mph and on the 150mph tests between 5 to 7c on the other runs,
On Rods GT42 we only saw a 7c increase on the same test

which is just awsome so we are not even expecting any use of water inj when we do the topspeed test,
It has been known for years the Garret bar and plate cores are the best avl given the size and we have been using them on evo's for years, So I put it to Spec R lets give these a go on the Cossies when we started the development of Rods and Ades cossie and I do belive the risk was well worth it

especially with how the top feed intercoolers improve pressure drop and flow through the intercooler If only we had thought of this years ago
