As it was s new scheme the council was trying trying to free up council houses by offering incentives to private landlords to charge a lower rate on rent and fix it for 2 years.

Private rent's are shit, we rented private we bought our's and moved in on the 1st of november moved out on the 2nd of november lol bloke was a cunt so we fucked him off literally straight away.
