She can't for another 6 months raise the rate she fixed it for 2 years or if I leave which ever is sooner. Separate contract. As it was s new scheme the council was trying trying to free up council houses by offering incentives to private landlords to charge a lower rate on rent and fix it for 2 years.
So much for a quiet life in the country lol
