Plummed in the carbs, DHLA 40's and spent the whole of saturday timing her up,

she's now timed up to 12, but she is still not idling properly and when we rev her up she has a serious flat spot and no power, and holds the revs at about 2.5k for ages after taking foot of the peddle.

any idea what it could be??
i think the carbs are jetted for a 2lt or 2.1 pinto but not entirely sure, i know they need to be re jetted but not too sure what too....

can anyone help at all?
