He wasn't a little shit, he was an OAP! Jumping on his bonnet and trying to smash his window was over the top, he quite clearly wasn't an armed car thieving junky was he? This whole tactic of scaring people and being heavy handed from the out set is total toss, use it with discretion, like on the 20 year old drug dealer.
Was stopped for apparently "tanking it" by a traffic car a while ago, they had NO evidence and started all that heavy handed shit with me because i didn't stop immediately, i pulled round a corner off the busy road and THEN got out my car. Started shouting at me randomly, only shut up when i wrote down his number and told him to either fuck off or put his superior on the phone, changed his tune pretty quickly.
Not all police are tossers agreed but some definitely need to calm down and deal with things properly.
