Okay, you firstly take the 2nd line from the top
4a + 6b = 181
MINUS
4a + 2b = 100
Leaving 4b = 81
Therefore 1B = 20.25
Now.....take this back to the SECOND equation (easier).
So 4a + 2B = 100
So, 2B os 20.25*2 (40.5).
100 - 40.5 = 4a
Giving A = 14.875
Now, run these two figures through the top equation to chekc they work.
4a + 6b = 181
4a = 59.5
6b = 121.5
So....121.5 + 59.5 = 181
So the values worked out are correct.
Its much easier to follow when written on paper, hope ya can see how i got it mate!
