There's loads of ford stuff that will fit on bigger brake wise, I wouldn't even worry about the rear as drums will give you plenty enough especially on a lightened track car, losing "weight" from the rear wheels will mean no need to do much here.
The front should be dead easy, wheel size will be your biggest determining factor, remembering bigger wheels tyres don't always equal better handling grip, there's even 4 pots you can get to go under 13" wheels so won't be a problem, should be able to use stuff from other fords such as fiesta etc.
