you must port the head of a yb or it will be as much use as tits on a kipper, it was designed for turbo application from the outset and as such the ports just are not big enough to flow enough for even 180 bhp,
just noticed your using 40's ..no where near big enough you will get 150 bhp if your lucky and the engine will have as much torque as a warm fart..
