I had to wait 6 months for some overtime payments that were owed to me from last year, which were supposed to have been authorised by the same chap. I think he's made it too complicated for his own good as a way to impress his bosses and even though he's a really nice guy, when he knows you've got him by the balls he don't half surrender like a fenchman

It's quiet simple to work out that if you acrrue 2 days worth of holiday per month, if you start you contract in february you will get 2 days less entitlement than the guy who started in january, but due to complicated marhs, he's worked out that the days he's been over don't count and he can have MORE time off

I think somethings going on, but I'll let finance sort it out at the end of the year when they are most busy
