what about government grants for small business?,might save on an investor,theres a garage near me,his father set him up but he had a ford background,does bread n butter stuff but got around he likes his skylines/pulsars so now gets guys with modded cars pop in too,and nothing is too much trouble,people coming in off the street asking to look at my motor,stops what his doing,takes a look,bloody long days tho.......whatever you decide good luck,your never know unless you try.......
