The 3dr central locking is very basic and only operates from the drivers door, which is why aftermarket alarms have to add the seperate actuator to the drivers door in order for the doors to lock, so the gubbins in there should be your first port of call to clean/replace to get the system working again.

On the mk2 sierra/saff it worked off all the doors
