one "light year" is the amount of distance traveled by something traveling at the speed of light for one year
so at the rate of 186,000 MPS you would cover 5865696000000 miles in one year

You can do the rest of the maths im sure and no it wasnt even remotely obviouse what you wanted to know in the OP

just so you know speed of light is roughly 671 million MPH
or 25,000 years to nearest galaxy at the speed of light.
