Hi mate,ignore the bollox as it's had a change of keeper and the Dvla don't want it vic checked otherwise you wouldn't have the logbook back in your name,your 100% ok,too many people who don't know on here.

I had a trader tell me the other day how he'd conned the Dvla into getting a cat c van onto the road without vic checking it and had a clear logbook.........I then explained that you don't need to vic check commercials when their cat c.

Needless to say his pub story was quickly quashed!!
