Hey - sorry not been on forum for a while.

Leak seemed primarily around the air filter/dump valve area. I knew of the air filter issue but assumed the reseal/gasket would have sorted it - evidentally it didn't and suggests a larger issue with the pistons (rebore looking likely long term).

Engine is as standard though I did get her chipped up to 280 whilst in the shop.

I now have a high/temperamental idle and just recently started misfiring which the car NEVER did before.

Any suggestions welcome - shame I can post images, it's really quite comical to look at. If it's not your car that is.

Looking at breather tank online and they all have 4 outlets/points yet the botch DIY the mechanic put in seems to only have 3 - could he have simply decided not to feedback to the air filter to avoid any further leaks?

Cheers - breather on the bay ends tonight so any quick thoughts would be much appreciated.
