Does anybody know which pins to connect together on the 5-pin diagnostic plug on the late Sierra 4x4 ABS system to obtain fault codes?

I seem to have a rather intermitant problem with the ABS light coming on when driving, sometimes going off again shortly after, sometimes staying on once illuminated until the ignition is off.
