ive sold an item for which i de-delected paypal as a way of payment to avoid fees. i typed in the item description that it was personal / bank cheques only.

buyer has decided that he wants to pay by paypal and somehow managed to make a payment to my account. i emailed him telling him that i didnt want paypal and he says to refund the payment but paypal issue fees for this don't they?

why can't people just fucking read the instructions
