i wouldnt replace a clutch at 50k just for the sake of replacing it. i've known cars with 150k-200k with original clutches still doing well!!

what sort of driving do you do and when you come to a stop at traffic lights and junctions do you hold the clutch at the biting point or put the car in neutral and the hand brake on??

also on a 1.6 i dont see the need in an uprated clutch!
