Today in the street where I work, I saw a large white van with (DVLA
wheel clamping) wrote on the side of van. The car got clamped, along with quite a few others.
They also went into a company car park and clamped someone in there... anyone know if they can do that? I mean it should be private land, shouldn't it?
Are there any other methods of
car park management that don't involve wheel clampers and parking tickets?
