I was working on the 3dr this weekend and I'm have some troubles setting the corret CO and idle revs.

Firstly the CO. I've got a standard 3dr with no engine mods what so ever. Been told that the CO should be around 2.5%. Well I can't get my CO any lower then 3.0% thats just the lowest it will go.

Then the idle revs. I've set my idle to 900 rpm without the ISCV connected. When I connect the ISCV the revs go op for a sec but won't fall down to 900, it sits a bit around 1100. When I set the idle a bit lower without the ISCV connected it keeps going up and down and I won't get a nice steady rpm. In the end after a lot of fiddiling around I got a reasonable idle around 900-1000 with a warm engine. But when I start the car a day later (with a cold engine) the revs go up to 2K and down to 500 rpm for a little while. It all goes better after a little while when the car is getting hotter.

What causing these 'problems'?
