i'v started a topic on this before and had a few ideas thrown at me, all of which i'v tried now and im still having the same problems, with the lights on or the fans or the car wont charge propperly, and with both on it wont idle at all, you have to hold some rev's on it.

Its on gotech, using all standard bulb's, and twin spal fans on a relay, i'v done a list of things so far, used a bigger battery off a diesel, found a smaller alternator pulley then standard so tried that, then tried a brand new 70amp alternator with a smaller pulley on it, put new thicker live wires on it from battery to starter and starter to alternator, chucked all the old earth lead's and put new thicker ones on it as well as an extra 1, and its still doing the same, as soon as the fan's come on or i turn the lights on the charging rate drops to just below 12v, meaning the injectors arent being fired off propperly as they need a 12v feed which they arent getting, so it runs rough, any1 else got any thoughts on the matter?
