yeah its the first time it delayed for such a long time, it has done it before a few times but there was only about 2-3 seconds gap between turning the key and the car cranking. I think it only happens when the car is cold or has been left for a little while, when its hot its usually fine.

I wouldn't of thought it was the starter, its not as if it cranks for ages and then starts, it fires up almost instantly.............after the pause !!

any ideas ?
