There are probably a few ways to do this but the bird had the same situation as you and she bought a progam called 'Pod to PC' and it let her transfer all the data from her iphone to her new laptop. There may be free software available to do it but I wouldnt know where to look online. I think the 'Pod to PC' software cost her £7.
