Well done for doing it chap, but it has to be said. What was wrong with the standard one? The OEM copper core radiator is very good. I ran it on my S2 at 350bhp and wouldn't have swapped out for an Alloy rad even if someone had given it to me. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!
Funny you should say that, as it was actually broke lol, had a pin hole leak which was drawing air in and causing the header tank to overflow
