I think with chip and beiges your top limit is just above a genuine 200bhp.
I assume your old engine snapped a rod or something causing block damage?
your other items should easily pass 250bhp with a decent map/injectors along with a good rod/piston combo
lastly i'd say newman and solids are the only really good option for someone wanting a reliable cvh top end.
