Throttle not sticking. no air leaks sprayed some stuff and it did nothing. ISCV Is clean and the iner part moves freely, Disconected the ISCV and this brought revs down to 2500 which got me home. Tried reconnecting and it shot back up to red line. Dissconected TPS and this made no difference also. Car was starting abit iffy before this happened last night but only for 2 seconds and then it calmed down to around 1100rpm but know it is riddiculous.
