Focus 1.6 engines are an absolute waste of fucking time playing with trying to get more power out of them. Really you want a 2.0 litre as a base to start from (or an ST170 and just be done with it).

Fitting a 2.0 litre engine into your 1.6 shell will be a fucking nightmare...........so............time to get the classifieds out fella and ring your bank manager.
