as dave green said it should fit but just to make sure lay both heads side by side and make sure that all the bolt holes, studs, sensor mounting points, ports, injector holes, etc are in the same place, theres nowt like fitting a head and torqueing it down only to find some of the componants won't fit! different valve sizes shouldn't make much of a difference and there is proberly only going to be a mil or two in it anyway.
