new to this forum but been in buisiness for 20+ years (renauot specialist) hopefully someone can help

i have a customers mondeo sci (rare thing i know) and it came in with jumped timing chain so fitted new kit inc tentioner and happy days until 10 miles into road test it cut out and no restart, brough back to workshop to strip rocker back off and find timing chain slack again. low oil pressure you would think so stripped sump off and checked big ends for signs of low oil pressure all seems fine not even a slight mark to indicate low oil pressure. when it was running after new chain fitted engine sounded perfect.


anyone got any ideas where to go next?
