all zvh i have done are turbo but i would deffo build it up, just before teh skim put some bluetak on the pistons and see it 2mm is too much
easy


but, its considerably more worth while to get a mondei 2.0 fit the 1.8 (fiesta or escort) sump and pick up, and drop that in complete on 130 spec managment a free'd up manifold and and nice bit of air filtering, will make about 150 nags and be very nice, could bang on a low blow turbo kit and a frst managment and go a bit further if you wanted later on
