can any 1 help me my car keeps revin up 2 4000 rpm then idles at jus under 2000 then it will go in 2 speed limit mode an the manig lite cums on ive got a diagnosis cums up p2110 wich is the throttle actuator control ive been so many places an no 1 can tell me 4 defo wot it is ive took the throttle body off it all seems fine please can any 1 help
