Loosen the tensioner and rotate the opposite way, this will have the effect of raising the belt run between the cam pulley and the tensioner, which should be parrallel with the belt run between cam pullies, some say if not it can run on the stat housing, think from memory you turn the tensioner counter clockwise to raise belt run up.
Would still be perfectly ok as yours is though, I've yet to see a run like that causing problems.
