I'm about to start a million threads about part comparisons so bare with me

The standard rods in a YB are good enough but what i need to know and see what you lot recommend.

Choices are getting the:

Std rods balanced & shot peened (from £280) http://www.oselli.com/services_engineering

Or

I'm thinking more along the lines of costs on this as i'm confident both would handle what would be thrown at them
