Depending upon how often you use it I would say minimum every year.

That at least is a starting point to get it properly setup to suit the new cam to make sure its fuelling properly on throttle/boost etc.

If its got a vernier pulley for the cam shaft then you are probably as well getting that sorted too whilst on the rollers.
