the rs2000 head has better ports as standart so would be better for the increased displacment,

as a general rule..

with an otherwise standard naturally aspirated engine and head, an increase in displacment will increase torque, but will make the same horse-power lower down the rev range, as the head and cams, intake and exhaust generally dictate horse-power made and where.
